Edge to Edge Quilting
$0.025 cents per square inch for all designs regardless of the simplicity or complexity of the design.

Example: A quilt top is 60 inches x 80 inches. 60 x 80 = 4800 x $0.025 = $120.
Minimum quilting charge is $50. This means that a small quilt or table runner's square inch price will be rounded up to the $50 minimum.
Batting
I use and stock my favorite batting from Quilters Dream. Batting is a separate charge and is NOT included in the square inch price.
$0.59/in : 100% cotton deluxe loft
$0.38/in : 80/20 cotton/poly blend
$0.46/in : Dream Bamboo
$0.34/in : Dream Puff
Batting is charged by the linear inch from queen rolls of batting except in the case of special orders. I will use only what is needed for your quilt (smallest side plus a 5" margin) and charge per inch.
For example, if you have a 60" x 80" quilt, I would cut 65" of the batting of your choice.
65" of 100% cotton deluxe loft @ $0.59/in = $38.35
65" of 80/20 cotton/poly blend @ $0.38/in = $24.70
65" of Dream Bamboo @ $0.46/in = $29.90
65" of Dream Puff @ $0.34/in = $22.10
Thread
I use Innovatech and Omni brand threads in #40 weight for the top thread and The Bottom Line from Superior Threads #60 weight for bobbin thread. I charge a flat $10.00 fee per quilt for thread.
Piecing Your Backing
$15 per seam. I will piece and square the backing fabric. Fabric must be provided by customer, or your can have it shipped directly to me.
Binding
$20.00 : Attaching your prepped binding to the front or back of your quilt.
(With this option, you will be doing either hand or machine stitching to finish the binding to the quilt)
$40.00 : Making the binding for you (with fabric provided by you) and attaching to the front or back of your quilt. (With this option, you will be doing either the hand or machine stitching to finish the binding to the quilt)
$60.00 : Finishing the binding so you receive a fully finished quilt.
Machine bound.
Minky Backing
$20.90 per yard. The rule of thumb still applies with minky as with cotton backing. 8 inches wider and 8 inches longer than the top is still needed. To determine how much minky is needed, just measure the width of your quilt top and add 8 inches. As long as your length is 80 inches or shorter, no need to measure the length.
Shipping
Shipping your top and backing to me: I live in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, and would be happy to receive your top and backing by mail. I'd recommend sending your materials enclosed in some kind of sack or bag to protect against possible moisture in transit and then placed in a hard-sided cardboard box. Make sure the box is securely taped and labeled clearly. Flat rate boxes from USPS are great to use.
Return shipping: I will send your quilt back to you in the manner described above via USPS Priority mail (using flat rate when possible/economical). Priority mail comes with $50 of insurance and a tracking number but please indicate on your intake form if you would like me to buy any additional insurance on your behalf. It's a great idea to insure your valuables against loss or damage while with the Postal Service, but I don't require it.
Miscellaneous
I'm required by the State of Nevada to collect an 8.38% sales tax on batting, thread, minky and any other sellable goods for customers that live in Nevada. No tax is charged for my longarm or binding services. For customers that live outside of Nevada, you will be responsible to claim any sales tax in your own state.
Payment
After the work is complete, I will invoice you via PayPal. I really do appreciate timely payments as that enables me to mail your project(s) back to you right away.
